I agree. I’ve only read two chapters but am already caught. Forcing myself back to Sarah Winnemucca and the complexities of native American- settler relations in 19C Nevada Territory, but I want to finish this. Our eighth title in just a few months, although not quite sure if we should “count” Percival’s magnum opus. But we are moving from “little press” to major LA publishing house with this sort of list. Watch out Random House.
